These biases can be towards people’s race, gender, age, or other personal characteristics. They are formed by our experiences and cultural background and can influence our behaviour without us even realizing it.

Challenging hidden biases requires a conscious effort to recognize and understand them. Here are some steps to help you identify and overcome these biases:
